Refunds for Offshore Hosting are available within 7 days of activation. However, refunds are not available if you are found hosting illegal content or engaging in activities such as phishing or creating government portal clones.
For website development services, no refunds will be issued for compatibility issues caused by third-party components (e.g., plugins, themes). We will assist in resolving any issues related to our services, but refunds are not applicable in such cases.
Website data is retained as long as hosting services are active.
Funds added to the Krishost Wallet are non-refundable. The wallet balance can only be used for future purchases or renewals and does not expire as long as you remain a Krishost customer.
No refunds will be issued for purchased software licenses (e.g., cPanel, WHM) or server management services once implemented, including:
